3 years agoTracey has been grooming our dogs for over 12 years. She’s knowledgeable, caring and friendly. I can relax and trust that my dogs are d safe while in her care. She always makes suggestions that benefit my dog, recently our oldest Golden was suffering from the heat and she gave her a cut that transformed her. Anna is playful again and much cooler. I always love how my dogs strut out of her shop with their heads held up high. Tracey is the best!

4 years agoI have used Casual Canines for quite awhile and always loved the cut she gave my dog Charlie. Recently (month or so ago), I had an appointment and went to drop off my dog. No one was there and the door was locked. It was raining really hard and another woman was standing outside in it, waiting. After 15 minutes I called and left a message. Shortly thereafter I received a call back and was told she had an emergency with one of her dogs. I was totally understanding and took my dog back home. A couple of days later, I still hadn't heard back to reschedule so I sent a text inquiring about her dog. She explained the issue with her dog, but still failed to suggest a date for my dog's grooming. After sharing this story with a couple of colleagues and friends, I came to find out that she has done something similar in the past, not sure why. I I would suggest finding another groomer that is reliable. Just unfortunate because she does a nice job, but you never know when she's going to up and leave you hanging! My reasoning for the one star is that my dog had to be put down this week and as crazy as it sounds, I would have liked her to have been groomed. I'm sure pet owners get that!

5 years agoWe have used Tracey for many years. Her knowledge and professional expertise in both animal care and grooming is only surpassed by her love and care of all animals. Cooper suffers from a bit of separation anxiety except when it come to be groomed at Casual Canine. He gets so excited to go and does not even look back at us when left. Thank you Tracey and Casual Canine.

6 years agoWe’ve brought each one of our dogs here for 15 years now, and they all love her. Tracey will give your pet the tender loving care they deserve, and treat them as if they were her own. She’s mourned with us when we’ve lost pets, and celebrated our new arrivals. Our 2 girls she grooms now are Muffin & Malla - Muffin the maltipoo is particularly skittish but she puts her at ease. Tracey is also very flexible with appointments, and has offered discounts as well. The finest and friendliest groomer around, wouldn’t go anywhere else!

6 years agoZelda always looks cute after her visits! Amazing groomer who is gentle and attentive. You can tell how much she loves aminals from the moment you walk in the door. Our miniature schnauzer suffers from very bad anxiety, and we've had issues with other groomers being too impatient with her, but we always feel that she is well cared for and loved at Casual Canines.

6 years agoTracey is THE best groomer ever! She truly cares about her clients and their owners as well. The dogs come first! My little terrier Mr. Bear loves to go see "Miss Tracey" and his girlfriend Sasha, her Great Dane/shop mascot. I reccomend Casual Canines to everyone I can because we love and trust her so much plus he prices are reasonable for her services. If you have a pup that needs grooming GO to Casual Canines, you can thank me later!

8 years agoTracey has been our groomer for over 5 years. She provides incredible, professional services and our 3 dogs always look amazing when we pick them up. We feel completely comfortable knowing our dogs will be care for by Tracey.
